 Join Pack 129 in 3 easy steps 1st: Click Be A Scout to register for Pack 129 on the National Scouts BSA registration site. Yearly BSA registration is: $75 (this will be prorated throughout the year) BSA Registration is good from Jan 1st to Dec 31st. New scouts will pay a one time registration fee on Be A Scout as well. * If you need financial assistance for the BSA registration, please email Faye Hammonds at the Atlanta Area Council 2nd: Email pack129tucker@gmail.com with your child's name and grade and let us know you are a new family joining. Pay Yearly Pack dues: $160 Please pay before the October Pack Meeting (returning scouts pay the Pack $160 every year, this includes the yearly BSA registration fee) We can take check or credit cards at Pack Meetings - or - Paypal: cherokeetrailcampsites@gmail.com * please note it's for Pack dues for "scout's name" * Pack Dues cover: - Pack tshirt - award patches/belt loops/pins for the rank - den supplies - Regatta boat kit/event - Pinewood Derby car kit/event * Optional additional costs throughout the year * - weekend camping about $10 per person (twice a year) - overnight trip in February about $120 per person - Blue & Gold Banquet in February about $15 per person - summer camp in June about $120 per person ** Fundraising can offset some of these costs. Scouts have 2 opportunities in the year to earn "Scout Bucks" within our Pack to help pay for scouting activities. Our two fundraising events are: fall is popcorn sales, spring is Camp Card sales. ** 3rd: Purchase a uniform and enjoy being a part of our Pack! ** In 2022, new scouts will get a FREE handbook this year, thanks to the Atlanta Braves! Handbook will be given when Be A Scout registration is complete. ** Basically your cub will need: Lions (K): Lion tshirt, neckerchief/ slide and the Cub Scout belt.Tiger - Bear (1st - 3rd): BSA blue shirt, neckerchief/ slide, and Cub Scout belt. Webelos - Arrow of Light (4th - 5th): BSA tan shirt, neckerchief/ slide, and Webelos ribbon.
