Wolf Den - Second Grade

SECOND GRADE: Ages 7-8

DEN LEADERS: Dan Palumbo and Elizabeth Runkle

MEETINGS: 2nd and 4th Sunday    Time: 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

LOCATION: Scout Hut at Kelley Cofer Park

The Wolf Cub Scout program is for boys and girls who are going into 2nd grade or between ages 7-8.

Wolf scouts will learn about their community and our country. They will start to build on outdoor skills including hikes and camp outs. They will also learn how to work as a group with fun activities!

To earn the Wolf patch:

Your Scout will need to complete the six required adventures and two elective adventures found in the Wolf Handbook. They will also need to watch a Protect Yourself video as part of their Safety in Numbers Adventure. When your Scout completes an adventure, they will get a belt loop at the next Pack Meeting.

As a den, we will work on four of the required adventures and at least one elective together.

The Footsteps Adventure, Youth Protection booklet (required for the Bobcat Adventure) and Protect Yourself video is to be done at home as a family.

You can also help your Scout earn adventures at home, please let the den leader or advancement chair know when you complete an adventure so it can be marked and awarded.
